If you change your mind about anything you buy online, no problem. Simply return it unused within 14 days of receipt and we’ll give you a refund.

Returns to store

Unfortunately orders from www.principlesoutlet.co.uk cannot be returns to any Principles’ store and can only be returned by post using the process below.

Return by post

To return your order, complete the Postal Note & enclose with your goods. Write your name, address, postcode & order number on the returns sticker enclosed. Place the returns sticker on the parcel. Take the parcel and this form to the post office. The clerk will stamp this as proof of posting, which you must retain until you obtain your refund. Please note you will need to pay to return your item.

Make sure you get a receipt and keep hold of it until you’ve received your refund.
